today was the first day of Circles at Rock Harbor. I am excited but overwhelmed. I want to get to know everyone but im nervous of what they might think of me... Welp, here goes nothing!!!
I'm with you Dee. It seems like hard work at first to step out and get to know 29 new people and to want them to understand you and where you're coming from. But we're all in the same boat and I'm excited to see what this group of strangers will look like in May,
It's good to vent these feelings! I think we all share the same thoughts. Don't worry, you are surrounded by loving friends who are all just as anxious to meet each other!
Dee! Although feelings of nervousness are completely understandable and I've only known you a short time, I don't think you have anything to be worried about : )
I've already seen glimpses of your sweet and sincere heart, and I recognize the Spirit in you... which is awesome!
And I think the comments above me are right: our group seems to have wide open arms and hearts that are ready to love! Seeing how kind everyone is and willing each member seems to be to love already is so very encouraging : )
